It's been awhile since I've been able to post. Or take pics for that matter (other than my beautiful new baby boy!) I've been full force in the midst of my new-mommy-again baby duties, and we're (already) out of the newborn stage, and life is starting to settle back to the (new) norm.

My first shoot since our new addition is a sweet family I have known for a while (pics coming next...) Their daughter Caroline is a senior this year, so we took some photos for her Senior pics while we were at it. She was so fun to shoot, and such a great model!

You'd think having a photographer for a mother I would have all sorts of pictures of my boys. Not so much. As soon as I get the camera in front of their face they get so goofy and crazy. The are my most difficult clients. :) But a moms got to do what a moms got to do. Especially when I need Christmas pictures. (Yes, these were taken before Christmas and I am just now posting them!) I am so happy I got some great shots of them. Hopefully some day in the near future they will get the idea of posing for a camera without going wild. Just maybe?

My friend Kellie's boys are so easy to capture. They have the cutest smiles and personalities. It doesn't take any coaxing to get a cute smile out of either of them! I got to take pictures of big brother, Tyrus, when he was only 2, I think, and then capture his little brother when he was a newborn. Ryker just turned ONE! Can't believe it's been that long since I've taken his picture! Time goes by so fast.

I had a hard time choosing which ones to put up, so bear with the long post!

And we got some shots of big brother as well.

Nichole is one of my best friends. We've been friends for over 5 years, but she was one of those friends that after meeting and spending time hanging out and getting to know each other for 2 weeks, people thought we'd been friends forever. She's one of the most thoughtful, kind, caring people you will ever know. And she is an amazing mom. Her family is adorable. It was so hard for us to move away from there 3 years ago!

We went to visit my husband's family for Thanksgiving and while we were there we took advantage of the only free hour her family had (without her hubby working) and took some family shots for their Christmas card.

This is my second year in a row having the privilege of taking my friend's son, Cody's, yearly pics. I remember when he was just a toddler, and he has grown up to be such a good kid. He's a bit shy at first, but doesn't take long to warm up, especially when his mom throws some inside jokes at him. (I hope my kids have such a good relationship with me when they are in the teenage stage of their lives! )

Only a couple more years until his Senior pics! (Sorry to remind you of this, Jaclyn!)
